TUNA WITH SOY SAUCE
Tuna such as salmon, are oily fish, so rich in Omega 3 and fatty acids, therefore, great allies of our heart. Both meats are intense, being the tuna of greater consistency, which makes it ideal for use in stews and rosa. The dish that we prepare today, is within healthy recipes that we have been preparing in the past as: sea bream to thyme, the salmon to the Greeks, the sashimi of tuna or veggie pizza.
Tuna with soy ingredients sauce:
Preparation of the tuna with soy sauce:
Step 1. Put a little oil in a frying pan and heat.
Step 2. When it is hot, put chopped garlic, a little fire and stirring with a wooden spoon, 30 or 40 seconds and remove the pot from the heat and then the tuna.
Step 3. We are back to put it in the fire and move to the mixture of garlic and fish oil.
Step 4. We keep 2 minutes, stirring to prevent sticking, fire and can withstand a minute in the same way.
Step 5. Add vinegar and continue stirring 1 minute more.
Step 6. It has the fire and pour the water. Cook 2 minutes more. Stir from time to time.
Step 7. Now we take the cream and the tablespoon of soy. We mix.
Step 8. We put a heat low for 3 minutes, depending on the size of the pieces.
Step 9. We depart and serve hot.

- 1/2 kilo of tuna into small pieces.
- 125 ml cooking cream.
- 1 tablespoon of soy sauce.
- 80 ml of water. TUNA. SOY. A, b, c, d, e, f, g, h, i. A, b, c, d, e.
- Olive oil.
- 35 ml of white wine vinegar.
- 1 garlic cut into very small pieces.
- Salt and pepper to taste.
