TOMATOES STUFFED WITH SHEEP CHEESE
Tomatoes stuffed with sheep cheese. Since my homemade recipes is a simple recipe but with intense taste, difficult to forget, is the tomato with a delicious taste. In the kitchen, less is more. This happens with this dish with ingredients that are simple, cheap and very easy to find anywhere.
Ingredients for stuffed tomatoes:
Preparation:
Step 1.-well wash the tomatoes and cut him off, reserve them for use later as a lid.
Step 2-remove the flesh of the tomatoes with a spoon.
Step 3.-Sazonaremos on the inside of the tomatoes with salt and pepper.
Step 4.-heat the oven to 200 degrees.
Step 5.-for filling, Peel the onion and the garlic and cut them into very small pieces. Pour into a bowl and add the thyme and oregano. Crush the cheese with a fork and add to the bowl.
Step 6 - Add egg and bread crumbs and mix until a smooth cream is obtained.
Step 7-stuffed tomato with this cream, cover the tomatoes with "top", spray them with oil and place them side by side on a source or previously greased baking.
Step 8 - license that it makes 25 minutes at medium altitude and at a temperature of 170 grams.
Serve warm.

- 1 onion
- 2 cloves of garlic
